These professionals are required to comply with the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act, 2006 and all applicable laws.

Pursuant to Section 6(4) of the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act, 2006, a person or entity is exempt from the requirement to hold a brokerage, mortgage broker’s, or agent’s license when referring a prospective borrower to a prospective mortgage lender if:

(a) the person or entity provides the prospective borrower with only the prescribed information about the prospective lender;

(b) the person or entity provides the prospective borrower with prescribed information, in accordance with the regulations, regarding any fee or other remuneration the person or entity receives, is entitled to receive, has received, or may receive, directly or indirectly, for the referral; and

(c) the person or entity complies with any other prescribed requirements.

Conixi.com Inc. adheres to these exemption conditions. We act solely as an advertising and referral platform by sharing publicly available and/or prescribed information about licensed mortgage professionals and by disclosing any compensation arrangements in accordance with applicable regulations.
